For those of you that do not know what Edika is all about, read the following: EDIKA was established in 1982 in order to undertake the administration of the
Kastorian Fur Center, the Greek initials of which gave it its name.
Today, after almost 25 years, EDIKA has developed into a large organization with
worldwide scope. It has approximately 1,200 shareholders. The state holds an
interest via EOMMEX S.A. and supervises its proper operation. There is no major
shareholder among the 1.200 shareholders who could make personal gains. All
shareholders have equal shares, including the state, with a maximum of 50
shares. It is noted that in order to hold an interest in EDIKA one must be a fur
manufacturer, as envisaged in the company’s articles of association.
Edika is now under new management...
After the elections of
the 25th of October the new presidency and council was voted from the
shareholders of the company. We would like to wish them all the best to their
new duties.
Also, Edika has now got a flashy new website where you can
gather more info on them and their purpose. A beautiful gallery has also been
added. The link is http://www.edika.gr/edika
